Since its inception in 1977, China Fair Restaurant has been catering to customers in Northern Michigan. Located in Traverse City, Mich., its menu contains chicken, duck, noodles, rice, seafood, steak, thai/asian fusion, vegetarian/steamed, specialties, small plates/sides and soup.
