Century Sun Metal Treating are tool steel experts who have a company motto that states Difficult Work Is Our Specialty. Some services that Century provides pertaining to steel working and tool production are hardening, quenching, tempering, normalizing, aging, precipitation hardening, mar-tempering, aus-tempering, straightening, stress relieving and ion nitriding, carburizing, carbonitriding and induction hardening. Century operates its facilities as well as its administrative office in Michigan, but does business throughout the Midwest. The company has two distribution centers, the Southeastern Distribution Center and the Southwestern Distribution Center, in addition to the plant facility.
