This company will start out willing to service and promise you the world. What we ended up with was 3 replacement canvase along with all new caret for our Chapareel that we are moderatly satisfied with. The real problem however is thier promise of completions ( we were told 4 to 5 weeks and it took almost 4 months) the attention to detial, we had to have all 3 canvases reworked more than once as they did not line up, snaps missing, zippers installed backwards etc. . They failed to produce one of the smaller peices of carpet and then had thrown the origional out so no longer had a pattern to follow. All in all the most frustrating was that it would take weeks for te owner to return your call. Seems she does not answer her cell and is never in the office.
