Thanks to the brutal honesty from, Saroun, an employee at the store when I visited, I would not recommend using Sprint cell services in Tracy. Saroun generously offered this little known fact to me "Sprint coverage throughout Tracy is very spotty and poor. You should expect a lot of dropped calls. Also, the coverage map is not accurate, since it generally outlines service and not specific areas...." she continued "this will not change."



As someone who relies heavily on conducting business using my cell phone from home, Saroun's convinced me to switch and let others share in her knowledge.



Thanks for you honesty, Saroun. This advice came after 30 days of using their service, when I visited the store to research how I can get better signal strength using Sprint's signal booster AIRAVE when working from home.
