- I work primarily with individuals and couples who are going through spiritual crisis and/or are drawn to spiritual awakening. I help couples discover more intimacy with each other by exploring the power of vulnerability. I use Reiki in my work to help people relax and find more connection, balance and meaning in their lives.

General Info
Jennifer is a spiritual teacher who has primarily come out of the Advaita Vedanta tradition. While her approach has expanded to include many Nondual teaching perspectives, it is ultimately influenced by the direct realization of her true nature. Jennifer's teaching style is full of heart and compassion, as she points to the undeniable truth of Being. She weaves in her background of counseling and somatic psychology and draws upon the approach of Waking Down in Mutuality. In addition, Jennifer is a Reiki Master Teacher, a student of Gyrotonic and various forms of yoga. These bodily/energy practices also inform her teaching work. Jennifer offers private one-on-one sessions (in person or through Skype/Facetime), group sittings and workshop retreats (which she teaches with her husband, Chris).
