The only good things I can say about this complex is that they clear the snow in the parking lots very well when it snows, the location is convenient and the staff has always been accommodating. The so-called renovation was done cheaply and shoddily. The master bath has an ancient shower stall that has a pitted metal frame door with cracked glass. The tile grout on the floors is black...and, due to multiple toilet overflows - the tile in the hall bathroom is coming up. The apartment is mildewy and dank - this in winter - with the heat going! There are mice, spiders and silver fish (indicative of the dampness in the walls),,,this is especially sad since we had hoped not to suffer so - being on the third floor. Definitely not worth near $1300 per month for a two bedroom/two bath. I do not recommend this complex.
