Martel Laboratories JDS Inc is a multi-service, regional analytical laboratory company with its primary facility in Baltimore, Maryland. The laboratory has been in operation since 1968 and continues to conduct a diversified variety of analytical laboratory and field sampling programs.MARTEL 's clients are comprised primarily of engineering firms; industry; and federal, state and municipal government agencies. Martel, however, continues to serve private individuals and community organizations.MARTEL has extensive analytical laboratory and field sampling capabilities. Martel provides field services and laboratory data for many regulatory programs, including pretreatment wastewater monitoring, NPDES discharge points, RCRA hazardous waste and non-hazardous waste, and various new well and community supply drinking water.
