Led by second generation dentist Dr. Kevin Welinsky, our team is dedicated to helping patients achieve a healthy, comfortable and beautiful smile with personalized dental care. We welcome patients and families from Towson and many surrounding communities to our office, conveniently located off of East Joppa Rd, close to the Baltimore Beltway.
