This place is nothing but a puppy mill. I bought three dogs from them, two have since died. One was a five and a half year old Goldendoodle the other an eight year old Golden Retriever. Multiple tests on both, Vets said they each had illnesses that would have years before they became ill. A puppy mill of the worst kind, buying a Family member there will lead to a very frustrating broken heart.

I had the worst experience with purchase my pomeranian from just puppies. My puppy was very sick with kennel cough and upper respiratory infection, with pneumonia. I tried to get my pupay the best care to fight these infections only to learn my puppy was born sick and just puppies still sold the puppy. They don't care about the puppies they just look at the money for the cost. It's so many of the puppies in that store front and back that are sick. I also learned that they get them from puppy mills. The service is good as long as you are buying but if your puppyou is sick you will see a whole other side of that poor heartless service.

I purchased a chihuahua mix puppy from this store 3 years ago. In her first few days home she had kennel cough and was on antibiotics for a month. In her first year she was diagnosed with hepatitis and was on daily medication for a year. In her second year she developed a large massive tumor on her neck that cost thousands of dollars to be removed and now in her third year she has been diagnosed with epilepsy and will be on medication to manage her seizures for the rest of her life. These people do not take care of the dogs here and I'm sure they come from puppy mills. I love my dog and am happy I was able to rescue her from this horrible place but urge anyone thinking of buying a dog from them to reconsider!

I bought two of my three "babies" at Just Puppies.Both were happy and healthy puppies I had first adopted a shelter dog so I went in a skeptic. Staff was helpful and puppies well cared for.I wound up falling in love with a shihpoo and bought him.The experiance was so positive that when I wanted a third dog I went back to Just Puppies to complete my family. Would encourage anyone thinking of a dog to stop in and take a look at Just Puppies.

I just bought a puppy from them and he almost died because he became hyperglycemic. The Vet told me he was taken from his mother at to young of an age and probably came from a Puppy Mill. I was horrified. So I got Just Puppies to give me that papers showing where he came from and did research and sure enough he came from a Puppy Mill in Lancaster County, Pa. The mommy of my beautiful boy lives in a 4 by 4 foot cage 24 hours a day, seven days a week in filth. The store told me they only buy from reputable breeders but that is a lie as my research showed. DO not buy from them. What people will do to make a buck

I had been to quite a few places looking for the perfect little addition to my family, and when I went to Just Puppies I didn't really plan on finding her. From what I've seen at other places and what people had said I figured it was like all the rest, but I was pleasantly surprised. All the puppies were paired up and playing with each other, and with their toys. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the breeds, and the individual puppies. I talked with the staff and was given some really good training tips that helped me housebreak my Macy quickly. She's about four months old now, and I couldn't have asked for a better pup.

I actually used to work at Just Puppies in Towson, and now tell anyone I know that is buying a pup to NOT GO THERE!!! Just Puppies may not be a puppy mill, but it sure comes close! At any given time, they had up to 20 sick dogs in the "sick room," which customers don't even know about. Most of the dogs sold there often go home and get Kennel Cough or something worse! The customer service is usually ok, but the manager won't allow the regular employees to sell the dogs- even if they've been working with the customer the entire time- because it's really "the managers job." This often cut the regular employees out of their commission. The manager often sold dogs that she KNEW was sick, just to get them out of the store! The only way I would suggest buying a puppy from Just Puppies is if you are looking to rescue a dog, but still pay a LOT for it. These dogs truly do need to be rescued and they need special people to do it! If you do buy, make sure you CAREFULLY read your bogus guarantee!
