Great outstanding customer service. The staff and management at the Towson location are very understanding, reliable, friendly, patient, and accommodating. My car was totaled in a non-fault accident and they were able to be of great help and put themselves in my shoes in order to assist me to the best of their abilities.

I booked the reservation in Seattle, WA for pick up in Towson, MD after my college reunion weekend had ended. I planned to drive to visit friends & relatives who had moved to the MD area. The car was ready when I arrived that Sunday; within 15-20 minutes I was on the road. I have been a customer of Enterprise for years for all good reasons.

I placed a reservation online at about 1:40 PM to be picked up later that same day at 6 PM. I arrived early at about 4:00 PM, they hadn't received any of my select class of cars back yet so they (even though I just placed the reservation 5 hours earlier and arrived 2 hours early) gave me a free upgrade to a small SUV. Turning the vehicle in was the easiest part of the whole experience.

Online reservations were quick and easy, pick up was very fast, efficient and friendly.
