Aladdin fixed our LG washer/dryer combo same day. We had several tricky issues which they figured out quickly. They really saved us by getting our washer dryer working again since we have 5 kids with lots of laundry!

My interface with this company over the phone was very disappointing. Dennis is condescending and very rude. Customer service goes a long way and to me is just as important as the service itself. I'd definitely not recommend them to anyone.

Called Aladdin at 11 a.m. & they were here within a few hours to repair our LG Washer/Dryer Combo! We received EXCELLENT SERVICE & would not only use them again, but would Highly Recommend their company! Dennis went above & beyond to explain how the appliance worked. (Needed a new Pump & Drain Hose.)

My LG dehumidifier needed warranty repair, and this was the most convenient location. Since Aladdin Appliance is a long way from Greenbelt, Aladdin made an appointment for me to have it repaired while I waited. They fixed the problem in just one visit and it look less than an hour, despite paperwork and interruptions from other customers. If it weren't for their limited business hours, I would have given them a 5-star rating.

Bad customer service - how many phone calls does it take to set up an appointment? Three apparently and then they still don't appear and when you try and re-schedule they tell you they think someone more local would be better. Aladdin obviously don't need the business :(

Positive experience. My dryer would take hoiurs to dry, and they cam out and fixed it pronto. Found the builder did a bad installation on the duct work. I could have had a fire. Real knowledgeable, personable guys. Tired of dealing with "plumber's crack" repairmen, which they wernt, so I was glad to find them.

Just had a great experience with these guys. Prompt servcie and good people. Thought I was going to have to replace dishwasher but they came out the next day, replaced bad control panel and i'm back up and running.

When our just out of warranty LG refrigerator stopped keeping our food cold we called Aladdin and asked them to come out to take a look. They showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and told me the cost to fix it. I asked them to go ahead with the repair and was pleased to hear that they had the part to repair it right on their van. The technician told me that they know what goes wrong with most of the major brands and that they try to keep those parts on the van for quick repairs. Mark

NO Issues with this company. My wife was frantic that she would not be able to do the laundry. One day, one promise and a professional response. Use them to keep the wife happy.

Horrible experience. Very unprofessional. Showed up 45 minutes late. The part they needed came in over a week late - I had to call them 3 times to learn this. Then, they couldn't do the actual repair for another week! No apologies - customer service is non-existent. I'd rather buy a new machine than pay these people one more dime.

Well within their power to assist me with my appliance problem but they failed to do so. Either they just didn't feel like it or are genuniely looking to make my problem worse - will NEVER deal with them again and I advise others to refrain from doing so

I definately would not call Aladdin again. They failed to keep a service appointment and did not let us know that they weren't coming.
