Advertises large parts inventory, but when I called and he found out I wanted parts, he stated he wouldn't have it and hung up. The person was very rude and did not want to be bothered.

We have used Forest Appliance since moving in the area 16+ years ago. Always friendly and helpful. Recently they called me to let me know of a possible parts recall for my refrigerator. What great service!! We always recommend John at Forest Appliance when anyone is looking for new appliances or needs service work done.

We have been doing business with Forest for years. We have replaced our appliances at home, at our second home, and at our rental property. We have always saved $$ as compared with other places, and we get that personal service that is so rare these days. We have called for service and they arrive within a day. So sad to see these privately run businesses going out of business. It is important to support your local business, and Forest is one example why we should!!
