Although it was about 10 yrs ago that we used Big Jims service, we will be using him again this year when we move again. He and his staff were most pleasant, enjoyable people. Never a complaint about all the heavy items being disposed of (left by former owner). We had them back a few months later for add'l junk. Prices were reasonable, they worked with our schedule. What more could you ask for!

Had a big job less than 2 miles fom their business location. Called twice, emailed twice. Never even got the courtesy of a reply. Poor business practice.
