I would give zero stars if I could. Absolute scam artists. Charge 4-5 times a normal plumbing service. Extremely unprofessional and not knowledgeable. I was forced to use them because of an emergency and couldn't get any other plumber to come out at 12:00 on a Sunday night. DO NOT USED THEM! I was reimbursed for my money by the insurance company because I did not cause the plumbing issue but these plumbers totally ripped me off. Complete scam artists who have handy-man knowledge of plumbing, not real knowledge. They didn't even know how to install a toilet correctly and I had to redo it when they left because I was so fed up with their BS. I only really needed them for an expensive machine I didn't have and I needed it ASAP. AGAIN, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY.

Could I put a negative star? These guys are cons! This guy ripped off one of my tenants and played around in the basement long enough for her to leave so he could steal $800 worth of my supplies & tools. I wish these losers the worst!

Let me start off by saying "Ray" is a Complete Crook. Wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.. He will come off extremely kind, tell you what you want to hear & try every maneuver to rip you off as bad as possible when you need his help the most.. He replaced the main water line pipe for my condo, once the job was done we didn't have hot water, he looked over the boiler & said it needed $1,700 in new equipment, the boiler maintenance guy came in and said somebody turned off the switch, we had hot water 2mins later.. He didn't flush the pipes before turning water on & many units either had dirt coming out of pipes or only cold water. Ray came in and quoted repair at $1,700 per unit that needed fixing (said walls needed to be broken/new pipes), we brought in another plumber who did the job for pennies, cleaned out faucets.. Ray promised me he would come back in to look over his work, which he originally said was all guaranteed under warrantee. I took off of work for 11am appt, he replies to my text at 11am saying he will be running late, I stay in my apt all day, he never shows or answers my calls or texts... This guy is the definition of a crook.

Don't use them. They installed AC incorrectly and want to charge to fix it. AC is only 2 months old and they will not honor the warranty. They are thieves and took advantage of 2 elderly people.
