I brought my car to Midas for the first time because I had a coupon for an oil change as well as a free tire rotation. While there I asked them to please inspect the brakes. I was very surprised when they called and informed me that my car needed new front and rear rotors and pads, being that the car only has 20K.When my husband went to pick up the car he asked for an explanation as to why it needed all these repairs and he was hurried out the door. Subsequently I took my car to a local establishment who indicated I simply needed front brake pads. Additionally, I discovered the tire rotation had also not been done. Therefore I will NEVER return to Midas and will inform all of my girlfriends to do the same.
