I take a lot of transportation companies and is the worst ever. May driver arrived a hour late to pick me up.The dispatcher was rude and unprofessional in the way he spoke to me. After they picked me and my husband up the driver went to get another 2 people and this was a problem. They driver didn't have enough seats for the 4 of us and said another driver was on the way to take the other 2 people home. The other driver never came and my husband got out of the van so that me and the other 2 women could get home to Paterson. My husband had to walk home from Clinton. It took me 3 hours to get home after my doctors appointment. Completely unprofessional company.

Pozi the owner of Cardinal is a really nice guy . always looking out for his Emt's and goes far and beyond for them when they're dedicated...Probably one of the best in the private own EMS business.His daughter is very very down too earth but is also bout her business when it comes to the welfare of the company..She goes to bat for her Emt's if they are right and does they're job but will fire them if they shows up late regularly and not professional while they're in a Cardinal uniform and on duty.....Glad they finally got rid of Rob the office manager that guy was bad news a theft and a liar too But again he is a QUEEN!!!!.....LOL!!..Much success to Cardinal EMS one of the best in Jersey.

Since I started calling Cardinal I never went back to my old ambulance. Have used them several times and have been very happy. I've gotten to know a little about the people who run it too and they seem very hard working. I wish them well and I hope they continue to provide me with exceptional service :)

they should allow to comment without any star rating because that is simply what they deserve. this company is horrible. my dad used their service for a few months to go over to mountainside hospital. they were always late and everytime i called the office to see where the ambulance was they were very rude, especially when one of the girls answered. they were very unprofesional and always had a nasty attitude. im glad that my father healed. if i had to use an ambulance service in the future i would think twice about cardinal ambulance. they were always in a rush and my dad always seemed very uncomfortable and uneased.

My mother has been using Cardinal Ambulance Corp. for some time now and the service is exceptional. The drivers are great to her, kind and the office personnel is wonderful; always well-spoken and polite, never with an attitude. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs transportation for themselves or their loved one. You will be in good hands.
