Absolutely horrible customer service! We purchased a living room set, which was scheduled to arrive today. When it arrived, the delivery team would not take the old furniture out of the house. My wife and son were the only ones home, so I went home to help. When I arrived, I saw two grown men sitting in the truck watching my 9 year old son struggling to get the furniture out of the house. I was outraged and told them off and told them to keep the furniture. These lazy men are a disgrace! We'll buy from someone else and will never return to Bob's.

The three stars is only for Customer Service. First, I would like to say, Thank You Steven Fils for your amazing Customer Service. You were so helpful, kind and very clear about what we could expect. I just wish you were there for our merchandise pickup. This part would rate no where compared to your help because the product we received was not what we paid for, nor was it the same quality, or even the one you marked sold with our name on it. A major disappointment & inconvenience since there was no way of your facility coming to pickup, and we had to bring the mattress set back, lost a days work, and spent a bit of time on the phone with Bob's. I'm thankful the manager was trying to help and kind because the cs rep indicated they could give us any set. I have to disagree since we should get what we pick out and purchase. First time at Bob's, and a not so good experience

I'm thankful the manager Mrs Kathy was kind and trying to help and surprised when the customer service rep Mari indicated they could give us any set in that dept.. I had to disagree since i feel we should get what we chose and paid for. First time at Bob's, and not so happy having been given the wrong one, but I guess mistakes happen. At the end of the day, we finally managed to get what we wanted. Thank you to customer service, management and warehouse.

BUYERS BEWARE! Terrible experience with this store. Unreliable, no qualitu in their products
i bought a sectional couch about a year n ahalf ago n it is a LEMON, a piece of garbage. THE SPRINGS R TOTALLY COLLASPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I couldn't let this go by without putting in my two cents. I went to Bob's and purchased a living room set, dining room set, 2 bedroom sets and a dresser and extra night stand. Alot of furniture right? well out of all the furniture that has been purchased the only thing they have not had to come out to repair or replace so far is my bedroom set. 2 days after I received my living room set it was discontinued. I found this out after I noticed the entire bottom coming off the sofa which could not be repaired and after spending over 3hrs in the looking for a replacement and just settling on a set and having that set delivered and you guessed it it too was damaged. And I finally got someone on CustomerService that understood my problem and got approval for me to get a refund for the living room set. And I.m still waiting for a call from the people with their GOOFPROOF protection plan to call me because of a broken head board. So would I buy from Bob's again? Without a doubt, NOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Now waiting for a 4th delivery in as many months, I only ordered 2 trundle beds! And I can't get them to deliver parts needed!!!

VERY UNHAPPY....we bought a bedroom set and living room from them and the draws of the bedroom set are falling apart one draw is totally off track and have to force it shut to use. Living room sofa so uncomfortable can feel the hard wood underneath the 2 arm rests on either side. the one side of the recliner broke within a year. you get what you pay for and its cheap and is portrayed as quality stuff in their show room. Also when walking into their store you get followed the second you walk in...to me that is so annoying and a total turn off. don't even waste your time spend the extra money and shop at macys or another upscale store. Hope this helps and you can see how unhappy we are!!!!!!!!
NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE!! WAITED FOR DELIVERY TOO LONG. PROBLEMS W/FURNITURE CHEST DRAWERS REC'D DAMAGE AND WAITING FOR NEW ONE STILL ON BACK ORDER FOR ONE MONTH. ORDER SOFA W/RECLINERS PROBLEM WITH THAT!!!!!!!!!!!! I BOUGHT NEW FURNITURE AND DON'T WANT IT REPAIRED. NEW FURNITURE MEANS NEW FURNITURE. JUST CALLED 5/16/2007 AND ONCE AGAIN I MUST WAIT BECAUSE FURNITURE IS ON BACK ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM NOT JUST RATING THIS STORE JUST RATING BOB'S FURNITURE IN GENERAL AND HIS SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
