Great doctor, but his staff is incompetent. They don't take into consideration if you have been going to him for 25 years and treat you like someone off the street.

He needs a new scheduler. Even though he takes my insurance, I was told he might not and to go elsewhere...which is what I did. She was quite rude and as a result, he lost my business. Since he is so well known and respected in our community, I would hope he would get rid of this woman. I really wanted to go to him as a doctor because he has a wonderful reputation. I wonder how many others his scheduler has turned away? I didn't want to give a star at all, but I had to in order to post this.
