great service, even when just asking advice

Next day service on a 4 yr old computer that wouldn't boot at all. Common sense advice and did not try to sell the most expensive hardware or software repairs. Offered used parts at great prices and good recommendations. Explanations free of charge and conscientious effort to help. I was VERY impressed. I will definitely take my business here every time!
