This store has gone to total cap over the last 12 mo. Everyone who knew anything doesn't work there anymore And I just stood in line at noon on a weekday with 10 people and 0 0 people being the counter.

These fellows totally botched my order which was on a special deal, 5 qts of oil and a filter for a set price. My car has a dry sump, needed 12 qts of expensive 5w50, so I thought I'd get 12 qts and two filters. Filters not in stock, special order, "delivery tomorrow". The salesguy set the oil aside for me. I stopped in the next day, but no filters yet. Again,the third davolunteeringon a special 40 miles round trip. Filters, no oil. "We must have sold it." No sorry, no volunteering to set it right, a "tough luck" attitude. Deficit customer service can't be what this company wants.
