I lived at Palm Terrace for 8 years. Original management was professional but there is a new managment team now that is not. Office manager barely speaks English and is hard to communicate with. I was locked out of my own apartment once because of their old door locks and was told it was "my problem". It took arguing to get it resolved. Rental rate was decent at one time but is now almost at par with everywhere else. Building is old, electrical is extremely old and shorts out alot. The bathrooms in the one bedrooms share shower pipes with neighbor...so cannot shower at same time or you get scalded (and the water pressure goes really low). I was there all those years and never once was carpet or paint updated. I left my apartment very clean yet my deposit money was not returned (unfair rental practice for sure). Just want to warn anyone thinking of renting here. Good luck.
