JoAnn was very informative and helpful in helping me chose my mattress. Met the price from Macy's for a Temperpedic mattress & box spring (with frame included). Delivery was free, and removal of old bed was free. It appears that they forgot the frame in original shipment, we got a used frame instead. Leg on the frame collapsed after the 2nd week of use, not being made for a Tempurpedic bed. When I went in to ask for a replacement, Jeff had an attitude, and was telling me it would take up to 4 days to get a replacement frame. After informing that I would be posting his actions on the Internet, he jumped and within 30 seconds was able to promise a replacement frame for the next day. Replacement frame arrived as promised. Be sure you check your paperwork, double check your bed and do your homework before you accept your delivery.

My quest to buy a mattress was a long one. It took two days of driving around town, dealing with pressure sales. Matt Pro was easy and no pressure. I bought a memory foam set and after two months of great sleep, Im spreading the word.
