Magnavox (Funai) DVD/VCR Player/Recorder (Model # ZV450MW8A). Product is fairly good except one of the edit features didn't work. Unfortunately, their customer service is horrible. I spent the better part of a day just trying to get someone to answer a phone...waiting several times for more than 30 minutes for at a time. Then, of course, there was the classic "phone run-around!" I collected 9 names and still hadn't spoken with anyone who could help. If it stays working, you're ahead of the game...heaven help you if it malfunctions. If you do purchase something from them, make sure you can take it back to the store you bought it from anytime. Forget any help or service from Funai. So sad :(
