In addition, the company provides online bill payment serves, as well as maintains a team of professionals that provides after-hour services. It is a subsidiary of the California Water Service Group, which provides regulated and nonregulated utility services to more than 2 million people in over 100 communities. The California Water Service Group also includes Washington Water Service Company, New Mexico Water Service Company, Hawaii Water Service Company and CWS Utility Services. California Water Service Company has been operational for more than 80 years and maintains a location in Torrance, Calif.
