Only for snobs. I walked in with my young child and asked the owner if they measure your "sit bones" as I had read about online to assist in selecting a saddle. He said he does not do that and feels it is a sales ploy. That was fine with me but I wanted to know what eke he could do to help me with bone pain. That's when, instead of answering my question, he launched into a speil about how he only carries high end equipment. I said I typically have high end stuff. He then told my extremely well behaved child not to tough a display bike she was barely touching because "That is a six thousand dollar bike." Never answered my question about selrcting a saddle. Asked me how many miles a day I ride. I don't know a lot of people who ride every day. I said I don't ride every day. He should have asked per week. It was obvious he didn't want to deal with anyone who wasn't a bike snob and who wasn't spending thousands in his shop. It's not like I'm some beginner who can't ride more than 10 miles either. Total jerk and awful communicator.
