Great customer staff. They are on time and get things done.

As a property owner I can't imagine doing business with any other management company.

To start they got a higher rent than what I thought I would get and had my properties rented in days and weeks instead of months. Their rates and services are the best prices in town and I find their expectations for condition of properties to be a real surprise. The actual look at all properties to make sure the tenants are also happy. This only makes more people want to rent from them. While I'm sure they have their share of problems when it comes to evictions and the such they are great.

Ha-ha. Too bad the reviews here are totally fake! For providing such crummy, slum lord services, I'm not surprised staff has all this free time on their hands since they don't answer calls or do maintenance.
