I cannot say enough bad things about this teams customer service and quality of services. They had set dates to install our cabinets and delayed by weeks, delaying our entire kitchen and living room remodel. When they did finally install, everything was Horrifically, and almost comically uneven and poorly installed. We took photos and sent it to the owner of the company and he wasnt rushed to get someone out to us to fix the job.
The original installation did not include the hardware on the cabinets at all, and when contacted asking where the handles and knobs were, they simply claimed I never picked any out, but then said theyd send them to me so I could install myself. (I provided email and text corespondence with them proving final decisions on hardware between owner and myself). The original contract included a garage-type of door to cover the microwave, and it was not installed, and the owner claimed that I didnt say I wanted it covered, but instead wanted the microwave exposed. I provided the owner proof of our conversations and finalization of covering the microwave.
When someone finally did come fix the work, the workers were on site for 13 hours because of how poorly the first crew had done installing. Our countertop people even had to fix some of the original install issues in order for our countertops to be even.
Now 6.5 months later, our island which is is varnished in a dark blue color, is chipping on every corner and no one from the company gets back to me to discuss their errors and poor quality. I would never recommend their work to anyone. Very sad to be scammed by people you felt were trustworthy and honest.
