Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Used the drive through. Gal couldn't seem to get "small diet coke, small hazelnut iced coffee, sausage/egg/cheese McMuffin" figured out. Finally she said "is what you see on the screen correct?" and it said $0.00. I told her there wasn't anything on the screen and she snapped "just pull to first window. $5.78". I got there and the gal said "7.58 please". I replied "for 2 small drinks and a coke?" No apology. Just "oh, 5.78" and on to the next window. Got my sandwich and the diet coke and coffee. The gal then barked "give the coffee back. It ain't yours" so I gave it back, she gave me another one, and off I went. I got home and the coffee was vanilla, not hazelnut and the McMuffin had Canadian bacon, not sausage. I called later and was told to call tomorrow because the manager wasn't there now and there was no one else to contact. BAD SERVICE, CLUELESS STAFF. I was very disappointed. While the food epitomizes fast food, the service is usually good at a McDonalds. NOT HERE!!!.
