- MRIIf your insurance plan requires services to be prior-authorized, it is your responsibility to see that this process is initiated. Our Patient Services staff will assist you in obtaining the appropriate authorization for treatment that may be required of your insurance plan. Typically, this is required for services that include, but are not limited to, surgery, diagnostic tests (MRI, CT, etc.) and durable medical equipment. Our staff will assist you, however it is your sole responsibility to know your plan coverage, know which providers participate in your insurance network, and understand and comply with your insurance plan’s financial obligations.
- RadiologyPlease contact our radiology department at 785-295-8651 if you would like to request a copy of a diagnostic imaging study. There will be a processing fee due based upon the number of images you request.
