The residents are the principal priority to our staff. The First Apartments is truly a great place to live. We provide an environment of independent living that encourages use of community services. Comfort & Convenience The apartments have wall-to-wall carpeting, mini-blinds, and individually controlled heat & air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a range & a refrigerator. The facility has a 24 hr laundry room, exercise & hobby room, a recreation room with a pool table, darts, as well as a library and a beauty/barber shop. The Meals on Wheels noon meal is available to those who quality and the Friendship Meal Site is right next door. The Grocery Bus provides weekly transportation to shopping. "The City Bus stops at our front door." You'll Always Feel Secure The First Ap artments building is equipped with a doorbell intercom system entrance for the safety of the residents. The apartments have call buttons, with 24-hour emergency staff. The building is nestled in the Seabrook neighborhood and surrounded by area churches and local services. Faith The building is conveniently located next to many area churches.
