Family Service & Guidance Center of Topeka is a nonprofit community mental health center dedicated to meeting the unique needs of children and families throughout Topeka and northeast Kansas. Established in 1904 ,FSGC serves nearly 12000 children and families each year through direct clinical services ,outreach and educational programs. Services include outpatient therapy; child and adolescent psychiatry; anxiety treatment program ;therapeutic preschool; Youth Development Program Groups for school-aged children; Case management ;Crisis services available 24 hours a day; and the popular Happy Bear abuse prevention program.
