I dont who'd give them 5 stars. They dont answer their phones after they've sold you tons of stuff, the dont call back, they dont finish their installs (been waiting 9 months and its still not finished). Bobbi is just rude, she wants you to ONLY deal with her, then gets irritated if you call her about something. I might have to pay $XX.00 a month for this because of a contract i cant get out of but i dont have to lie and say they're a good company.

This company is awesome! When I had my alarm system installed, the guys that came to my house were nothing but the best. The took their time with every detail and explained everything to me very carefully. They even took out an old security system from another company and patched the holes that were left in the walls. I had extra paint, so they even sanded and painted the patches! I could not believe that a company would remove an old security system and then patch and paint the holes in my walls on top of installing a high tech system for my home!!!! I am so impressed with D & D security that I would recommend them to anyone! They may not have a $99 installation special like some big name companies, but that is because you are getting a much better product than you would get from that big name company! Oh and did I mention that the installers took off their shoes so they wouldn't get my carpet dirty? They were just great in every way and I'm totally impressed. Trust me..Call D&D!!!!!!
