We had our carpets cleaned in preparation for selling the house. I was very disappointed. Most of the disappointment came from the fact that cleaning process didn't pick up a lot of loose material that any decent vacuum cleaner would have picked up. i.e. If surface debris is left behind on the carpet, how can the cleaning be doing what it is suppose to do??

I have used Bob's Janitorial Service every year for at least 6 years. They always do a very good job on my carpets -- they have kept a 15 year old living room rug "alive" for a good while now. Their technicians are personable and pleasant to have in your home and the price is excellent -- especially with a coupon. I would leave 5 stars but they do have a bit of trouble getting to appointments on time -- every time. Since I take off work for them to come, it is a small issue for me. But, overall, I highly recommend them.
