Ace has always given us top quality service, there are many new start up companies that claim to be good.
Don't take chances ,stick with Ace, they get the job done right ,the first time
Ace Plumbing has been a trusted name since 1956.
But their heating and air department is also wonderful. We recently had a complete system installed The cost was more than in line with other bids we had. And the installers were polite , knew what they were doing. Left the house cleaner then it was when they started. I would recommend Ace for all services Job well done
They will not stand by their work. I had a plugged toilet in a rental property serviced. Went by two weeks later and the tenant said it was still plugged. What a mess! I called and was advised I would be charged again regardless. "No Warranty." Not giving them another chance. May even sue.
They will not stand by their work. Had a plugged toilet cleaned in a rental property. Went to meet with the tenant two weeks later and he told me it was still plugged. They would not consider a return trip until I guaranteed payment. "No Warranty." I won't let that happen again. Depending on what the new company says I may sue.
Does not sound like Ace, Had the stool been plugged the tenant would have let you know sooner then two weeks. Very important to use tissue only and not heavy paper to avoid future problems with the stool.
Very Pleased, called for my furnace not working and within the same day had a technician at my door. He was very polite and thorough.

Had an Ace technician diagnose my washing machine. Was told it would be $343 to repair it. Decided to buy another used machine and paid for the service call. Went back later to the utility room and found my machine dismantled. Thought to myself......why wouldn't the technician leave my washing machine the way he found it? The machine is unstable now to move it. Called Ace to have a technician fix that problem. Was told there would be an additional charge for that.......REALLY? I would not have assumed that after paying $93 for a service call that my machine would still be in pieces! Not happy.
Scary experience with one of their employees today. Their driver was very aggressive and nearly caused an accident on the KS turnpike between Topeka and Lawrence. Apparently their driver was running late or just doesn’t respect others; had the other driver not exercised defensive driving and restraint it could have been a very tragic outcome. Called office to make them aware and got little to no response, more of a “yeah who cares type of attitude’. I have used them once before and was satisfied with their work, but wouldn’t recommend them again. Better to look for a reputable company who actually cares and follows through with their commitment to reliability and customer satisfaction.
Ace Plumbing Inc. has been in business for 56 years and we run many service calls daily. Perhaps it was another company ? there are a number of companies who use our style and color of trucks This is the first time we have ever been accused of something like this. I question the accusation and assure all potential customers our office staff would address this type of accuation if in fact one was called in to us. Ace has been a sucessful and realible company since 1956 and that why we have been in business that long. We satisfy our customers in all ways. Outstanding !!! Just like their plumbing department, not only do the men know what they are doing they are great people as well, nice, clean up after themselfs and explain what they have done so I am able to understand. Great company, I wouldn't use anyone else and recommend them highly.

The Ace team sets the standard for customer service excellence. Appointment desk employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Professional Technicians arrive on time, are courteous, have a strong work ethic, and clean the work area before leaving the customer's home. The Ace team members disassembled and removed my old furnace then installed an Amana 95% energy efficient furnace. Ace Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning stood by its written proposal even though additional materials were needed and installed for optimum results to accommodate my older home. Before leaving, the staff took the time to explain in lay terms how the new heating system will work, gave me an understanding of maintenance steps I can take, and are available to answer questions that may occur to me at a later time. I have recommended Ace Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning to my family and friends.
