Rocky Mountain Care is a nonprofit group of health care centers located in Utah, California, Wyoming, Idaho and Nevada It provides home care, skilled nursing and hospice services. The group s home care services include pre- and post-natal care, including lactation training, rehabilitation, emotional support, pain management and nutritional education. Rocky Mountain Care s physical, occupational and speech therapists help the residents to increase their strength and relearn basic living skills.
