The gentlemen I ordered the carpeting through was very nice and helpful. I ran into numerous problems with the other staff, never notified that the carpet was in and some of the installation staff was not overly friendly and they did not work well with one another.

We are very happy with the carpets we bought and had installed in our home. Mike, at the store, was extremely helpful and patient. We made several trips there before deciding and he was always happy to assist.
