My only experience with this "childcare" center was at a local playground. The older children were very rude toward the younger park patrons that were not part of the center. I received a major attitude from the staff who were a group of girls who appeared to be barely 20 years old. And were more interested in huddling in a circle talking than actually doing their job. If this is how they conduct themselves in public. Can only imagine what goes on in the actual facility.
