I had used them about 20 years ago decided to call for a estimate for my roof got damage from sandy they came right out gave the estimate and told my wife they were very busy but would be there to do the roof came a few weeks later to do the roof excellent job from start to finish i left for work at 7:30 am wife called at 1:30 said that roof was done owner stopped to make sure we were happy would use them again could not be happier with job .excellent clean up . I had storm damage after the hurricane. Twin came out the day after the storm to look at damage and replaced my roof 2 days later. Amazing company. Amazing job. Quick, clean, professional!

Not recommended. Did work for me about a year and a half ago replacing half of my roof. I asked them to come out and see it because the wood, that they replaced, was soft. Without looking at the roof and no sooner had they stepped in my front door did they say that the work was not guaranteed in the first place. That if they had replaced the whole roof then there was a guarantee. Wow, they could have had at least some business ethics and looked at it first then formulated what the problem might be. Obviously, they had already made up their mind before hand not to provide any customer service. Not the kind of company that I want to deal with.

this was all new to me as a new home owner- twin was great to work with, accommodated special requests, most reasonable of all the quotes i got, prompt/good communications- and i know i have a small roof, but boy where they quick! no more leaks, and its very quiet now during rain storms. thanks for everything!

Twin a better job than expected. They were fast, clean and professional. I am already seeking an estimate for another job to be done by Twin.
