I have been going to the picture people for the last 16 years back when they were Expressly Portraits and have for the most part been satsified witb my portraits HOWEVER my experience yesterday with Amy all but makes me never want to go back. Candi ws our photographer and she did a good job. When we were going over pictures with Amy she was less than knowledgable for someone who claims she has been working there foe 11 years. Not only did she give me pictures with white dots and black dots all over just about every picture she even shorted me in the amount of sheets i ordered. Ghe pictures quality was embarassing. I phoned them on my way home and spoke to melissa who apologized and said she would reprint all of my prints and would have them ready for pick up. I returned there approxiately 4 hours later an the pictures where not printed and i had to wait yet anothr hour there after a 2 hour wait that morning. Upon reviewing the pictures i was not given the pictures i ordered again. I am so disappointed witb the service. Amy didnt even offer an apology when i was there for her lack in judgement when handing over very poor qualiy photographs. Awful experience.
