This place is a total rip off. Dr Glasser spent all of 5 minutes with me, mostly talking about herself. The x-ray girl was totally rude. I was rushed through the whole experience, and received ZERO care. All I got was a large bill - and they are very good at that, trust me... do yourself a favor and find a better ortho - there are plenty out there with better reviews and actually care about helping you.

They do not even deserve one star! Would not allow me to see the doctor I was referred to. Instead scheduled to see a Dr. P.Gonzalez. I said he would schedule me for a MRI. After waiting over a week I call to see about appointment I was told they didn't know about it. Fixed that and had the MRI done (pretty quick), went next door to schedule appointment for Dr. Gonzalez i was told he was off the following mon and tue. following week was holiday but the third week was available. They wanted to give me a appointment to a different location. When I explained I was not able to drive that far I was told I had to wait the 3 weeks. This was not acceptable for me so I called and asked for the report of the MRI. I was told office policy was I could not have it until I made an appointment and seen the doc. which is a lie. I had already asked for my records after my visit and had to pay $10 but report was not included. This place just wants to create undue expense for patients. AVOID/ RipOff

I Had spinal surgery on November 13th at Jersey Shore Medical Hospital . It was done by Dr. Ramil Bhatnagar. I am doing spo well I cannot believe it! He is top notch in his field and I wpuld not hesitate to send anyone there. I had rods, pins, screws and fusions done. I was up walking the next day. I was in the hospital for 3 days and was transferred to Meridan Subacute Rehab in Wall. The staff was amazing, the food excellent and the physical therapists very helpful! I was there for a week. I have been on the go since the day I got home! Thank you all so much for a wonderful experience and for changing my life! Susan Dow

This is my second time using this office for total knee replacements. The entire staff is courteous and very knowledgable. This is a highly efficient and well run office. Everyone knows exactly what to do and they do their jobs quickly making your experience very pleasant.

I was seen only by a nurse practitioner who told me I could never exercise again. When I questioned her and insisted I see the doctor she became incensed and stormed out of the room. The doctor gave me completely different information. I'm not sure why they entrust their reputation to people who aren't doctors, but I will never go there again. These guys are dangerous. I have since gone to a different doctor and received sane information from a real doctor.

I would strongly disagree with that reviewer in Aug 09. I was there Sept 10 to see Dr Roehrig and everyone, staff and the Doctor was great from the time I made the appointment up to and including the actual visit.

This place doesn't deserve one star. Absolutely horrendous care; total incompetence. You will wait along time to have anyone call back and if you are lucky things will be taken care of that day.
