I just started Girl Fight about 3 months ago, I don't know where I would be without it in my life. The camaraderie amongst these ladies is amazing. It is proof women can get along and really support each other. I've made so many friends and lost more weight, than I had ever planned! Kru Prarie & her staff have made this shy girl, a confident woman. I can never ever ever thank you enough!

My daughter and I have been going to Girl Fight for almost a year. We love it there and everyone there is very nice and helpful. This was my first experience with the Martial Arts. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fun way to stay in shape.
