While we would like to fund every loan ourselves, we realize that some borrowers do not fit the normal lending box. For that reason, we have over 15 relationships with FHA and special Niche investors that allow us to provide financing for borrowers with less than perfect credit, no ability to document income (Commercial Loans), unique properties, and back against the wall; deadlines.
