i had 2 wind shields installed by dynasty auto glass and both times the work was done professional and timely, they were super kind and trustworthy both in craftsmanship and and the product that they install..Would recommend them to anyone over safelite 5 stars!!!

My neighbor recommended this local company. I called and left a message and the company called back right away. I was looking to get my back glass replaced the following week after coming into some money. Dynasty was the 4th company I called and they were the only ones that didn't catch an attitude with me for not scheduling the job right away. My wife was home during the installation. She complemented on the courteous service and how clean the gentleman kept his work space when he worked on my car. They even vacuumed up the glass shards left in my garage by the broken glass!

Installer showed up an hour early at 9am on a Sunday but ok. I was a little confused as how he was going to handle the windshield on my full size truck by himself. I've always known installers to work in pairs but ok again. I let the truck sit the rest of the afternoon. Next day driving it I hear wind noise that I've never heard before. I can feel air coming through the top of the windshield. He comes at the end of the day and squirts some more adhesive into the seam of the windshield in a poor attempt of fixing it. I know this is not the right way to repair this problem because I am an ASE certified tech. I used a leak detection smoke machine at my shop to pinpoint the gaps in the windshield. I have a lifetime warranty against wind noise and leaks but all I have received from Dynasty are harassing text messages at 7 and 8 oclock at night telling me off. After a rather ignorant argument about air can come in and not water I have decided to just file a complaint with consumer affairs.

Great Customer Service! I called many places and did my research, and I feel I made an excellent choice with Dynasty. John (I believe the owner) replaced my windsheild, and I am more than happy the job he did. We have had plenty of rain since then, and my windshield looks brand new. They even replaced the black molding strip!

I was shopping around for awhile looking to replace my Subaru door glass. Dynasty took the time to explain the service to me, Both the owner and his helper were very helpful and they were very professional. The price was the lowest I had found after calling many places. They even gave a lower price with a little asking. If your looking to get your glass changed cheap I would suggest them for an older vehicle or commuter car. Price was great, however quality of work and customer service was only mediocre.

I had to get my windshield changed a few months ago and called around and did my homework. Dynasty was responsive and I was quoted a very reasonable price esp. compared to Safelite. I was very specific in my preference for brand of windshield and they were able to comply. I was originally hesitant when deciding between Dynasty and another company that was larger, but decided to go with Dynasty as it was cheaper. I am glad I did as they did a good job installing. They have a good warrenty policy and its been more than 3 months and so far so good.

This company did a fantastic job! Dynasty was reccomended to me by a friend, and I couldn't be happier with my windshield replacement. Everything was explained to me, and the whole experience was a breeze!!

Could'nt be happier with this company! Installation came with Warranty and the price was very reasonable. The 2 men who did my windshield were very nice! My 4 year old daughter kept asking them questions, and they had such patience with her too! LOL. I am going to use this company in the future.

Would not repeat service! The 2 "installers" looked more then a little bit baffled when performing a windshield installation on my vehicle. I have had more then one windshield done and the previous company did not have anywhere near the trouble these guys did while installing.

CALLED ON SUNDAY AROUND 7:00PM AND THEY ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE! MOST COMPANIES WOULDN'T EVEN PICK UP THEIR PHONES ON THE WEEKENDS! THE OWNER DID A GREAT JOB ON MY MAZDA. VERY HAPPY WITH DYNASTY'S SERVICE!
