I disagree with the reviews. I have been using their weekly service and I find their workers not that knowledgable and the girls that answer the phone are rude and put you on hold for long periods of time. They also said they worked on my pool when in fact they did not show up that day. My pool water is not balanced some of the levels way off. I also find the owner rude and gruff.

Clarissa, the manager, is super . She remembers my name! I love the personalized service I get at Christian Pools.

They have a very wide selection of parts. Even the obscure. And if they don't have something in stock it is almost always just a day or two to get it in!

Sometimes when I am running late I call to say so and they will stay open a few extra minutes for me. That, I believe, is beyond customer service.

Christian Pools water testing is wonderful. Since I have been using their chemicals my pool has been immaculate!
