I called care temp at 530 am because my aunt woke up with no heat. Got a phone call back within 5 minutes and they sent a tech to her house at 730 am. The tech replaced a part and my aunt had heat by 815 am. Thank you care temp for helping my aunt!!!

The people who work in the office are very rude, if you call with a complaint about work or services they have performed that are not right, they would rather belittle you rather than try to fix the problem, after they have already taken your money Not good!.

I have mixed feelings about this company, I have seen it work for my father many years ago, when he had issues with his heating, and they came out right away and fixed the problem. More recently though, something has changed, as his A/C unit started getting older they would make more and more excuses why it was not running righ! As my elderly father sat in a 90degree house time and again, they argued over the phone that it was working properly, and that it was 90 degrees outside what did he expect! WHAT REALLY? They finally said they would not be able to fix it because it was leaking freon, and because it ran the old freon by law they could not fix, it must be replaced. Fair enough! They installed a new line and air conditioning system, that has broken down twice in less than two months, and every time my father calls the lady argues with him that it is hot outside, and there is no problem. Their customer service of late has been rude and barely responsive...cannot recommend!

I called Care Temp because my heat went out around 10 pm and I have 2 children. I had a service tech at my house an hour later and my heat was fixed. I went thru the phone book and just started calling companies and Care Temp returned my phone call right away and came out the quickest. I am still waiting for some of the other companies to call me back. I would and will continue to use Care Temp and will recommend them to all my friends and family. So glad I called CareTemp, This past Wednesday I woke up at 6:30am to a very cold house. I checked the heat and it was not working. It was in the twenties outside, so I did not want to wait to long to call someone. I called CareTemp at 7am. Mechanic was at our house by 8:15am. Heat was working by 9am. Their quick and professional response allowed me to be at the office by 10am and saved me from having to waste a day off waiting around like I have in the past for other service companies.

You can not trust their work, they do not return phone calls, and install any part "just to get it to work and shut the customer up". When my wife and i purchased a new home in Marlboro we never thought we would have problems we were wrong the heat and a/c never did their job called caretemp they put in electronic dampers upgraded returns and supply ducts balanced the system the house is perfect now just trying to get the builder to take care of their inferior work was like pulling teeth thank you caretemp and your great job have and will continue to recommend L S Marlboro NJ
