If you are lucky enough to get the owner to call you back you will have to set an appointment for two weeks out and he will give you a four hour window that you will have to sit home and wait for him. One hour before that four hour window expires, so you have been sitting home for three hours unable to go anywhere he will call you to say the he is sending all his people home because he does not want them working in the rain even though it had been raining for 8 hours prior to his call to say no one was coming and I would have to reschedule for another appointment. I told him no thanks for being so uncaring about my time. You will get the feeling with this company that he is the only sprinkler company and he is doing you a favor by using him. Stay away and save yourself a lot of heartache. Very poor business.
