ordered a dishwasher , did not come in on time but that wasn't the problem. I couldn't get them to pick up the phone, I wason hold 25 min.so I drove there 10 min. I was in the store before they answered. Were supposed to call me Monday < didn't call. Another hold forever and then get cut off . Went to store waited 30 min. for a manager still didn't show up .Fially cacelled my order. WORST SERVICE EVER!! Would have to improve 100% to be pitiful!!!!!!
We went there to look at refrigerators. The salesman went out of his way to explain the good and bad with each brand in our price range. I was very pleased.
