I went through the drive thru and ordered the Chicken Chimi Combo took it back to work and halfway through my lunch I discovered a small dead roach in the bag. I called to report this and the lady asked if I wanted another meal. No Way! She said sorry about that, thank you and hung up. She offered no resolution of this. Wow. I will never go back ever! Terrible sanitation and customer service. Do yourself a favor and don't endager your health eating here!!!!!!!!!
