Horrible,horrible,horrible. DO NOT trust them to write your resume! They came recommended and that was a huge mistake! They lost our information and didn't even know it until we stopped in to check the status of when we were able to pick it up! Set back #1. After finally receiving the mess of a resume I quickly noticed several grammatical and punctuation errors, wrong spacing, ink spots on the "professional" paper,but probably the worst was they typed the wrong most recent schooling listed, but trust me the list goes on. When we questioned them and wanted things fixed because of what we paid for this, they said to fix it they would have to charge more!?! And the girl who answers the phone said just go buy resume paper and copy it onto Microsoft Office. Really?? Highly intelligent, professional employees work there. Wow. Please warn anyone you know about this poor customer service among other negative things.
