The tech vehicle arrived in a punctual manner. The techs were very polite and appeared knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the results were less than satisfactory.

We found our basement flooded ...

We found our basement flooded Christmas week. My insurance co sent out Zack, Rob and Eugene from ServiceMaster. They were professional, friendly and worked very quickly to help remove the carpet and begin the drying process.

I wanted to say thank you for help. Good work should not go unnoticed. Thanks guys..and remember guys GO BUCKS..lol
